  1. Willing candidates are requested to visit and apply in the official website of Malda – www.malda.gov.in
  2. While filling up the form, candidates are requested to upload scanned copy of their recent passport coloured photograph (taken within six months) & scanned signature of size not exceeding 50 kb, and keep another copy of photograph for pasting in Admit Card.
  3. Candidate are required to upload scanned original copy of all supporting documents in a single pdf of size not more than 1MB e.g certificates of educational qualifications, marksheets, experience certificates, age-proof certificate and other relevant documents related to Other Required Qualifications.
  4. If the uploaded scanned copy of the photo, signature and other documents is not clear, then the application will be rejected.
  5. No hard copies will be received at this end.

a. Application would be invited only in online mode for the post of Orderly (1) of Juvenile Justice Board (JJB). Order no. 596-SW/ O/JJA dated: 29/01/2019, 4526-WCD-17013/3/2020 dated: 10/12/2020and 3856-SW/ WCD dated: 28/07/2022 of the Principal Secretary, department of WCD and SW, Government of West Bengal would be followed in this regard. As there is one vacant post of Orderly of JJB regulation of reservation is not applicable following model 100 point roster of Labour Department.
b. The Walk-In-Interview would be held for the recruitment of one vacant post of Orderly at JJB on contractual basis.
c. Total marks for Interview – 20
d. The candidates should have the ability of reading & writing & speaking in Bengali & in Hindi / Nepali languages.
e. Merit list of successful candidates in ratio of 1:4 would be approved by the DLSC and would valid for 2 years from the date of approval as per G.O. No. 40 (Secy)-SW/O/JJA-57/17 dated: 30/01/2018.

a. Must be passed class VIII.
b. Knowledge in Bengali & Hindi/Nepali.

  • Should not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.09.2024.

  2. Residential proof (Voter’s Identity Card / Aadhar Card / Residential certificate issued by the MLA / MP / BDO / SDO / Pradhan / Councillor (Any one).

  5. Apart from that candidates will must carry the Printed copy of filled-up online application form his/her own which has to be downloaded from the website www.malda.gov.in during online application.

  4. An online portal would be developed for inviting application in the district website of Malda (www.malda.gov.in) through agency working in relevant field
  5. No scrutiny of educational qualification, age etc would be conducted before Walk-In-Interview.
  6. The candidate would have to carry original as well as self-attested copies of the documents and two copies of coloured passport size photographs at the time of Walk-In-Interview.
  7. Candidates be instructed to download the hard copy of his/her own application form during online form fill up in the district website www.malda.gov.in and submit the same at the time of Walk-In-Interview.
  8. Text message consisting of date, place and time of walk-in-interview would be generated and communicated to the candidates by the DIO, NIC, Malda.
  9. Merit list of successful candidates in ratio of 1:4 would be approved by the DLSC and would valid for 2 years from the date of approval as per G.O. No. 40 (Secy)-SW/O/JJA-57/17 dated: 30/01/2018
  10. Age of candidates should be calculated as on 01/09/2024.
  11. Self-attested copy of requisite certificates regarding educational qualification, proof of age, residence, passport size photograph (coloured), scan copy of signature and other requisite documents must be uploaded in the portal during fill up of form.
  12. Admission in the Walk-In-Interview is purely on provisional basis. Candidature of any candidate should be rejected instantly if found not eligible at any stage even after attending in the Walk-In-Interview.
  1. Application will be rejected if the uploaded copy of the photograph and other relevant documents are not clear or illegible.
  2. Application shall also be liable to be cancelled if there are instances of data mismatch in the field of application form with reference to the documents submitted.
  3. Duplicate application for a single category post will be rejected.
  4. The authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any application at any stage of the selection process without assigning any reason.
