• For the post of Superintendent, the applicant must be a Graduate from recognized University and between 18 to 40 yrs. of age.
• For the post of Caretaker/ Matron the minimum qualification the applicant must be Madhyamik passed or equivalent, and between 18 to 40 yrs. of age.
• For the post of Cook, Helper, Darwan-cum-Night Guard, and Karmabandhu the minimum qualification will be Class VIII passed and between 18 to 40 yrs. of age. Class VIII passed marksheet must be certified by concerned Sub-Inspector of school.
• The applicant must be the resident of West Bengal.

1. Candidate must download the application form and submit the same along with self-attested Photocopy of all the uploaded documents submitted, and must produce the original copy during verification.
2. Residential proof (Voter’s Identity Card / Aadhar Card / Residential certificate issued by the MLA / MP / BDO / SDO / Pradhan / Councillor (Any one).
3. Educational Qualification Certificate as per post applied.
4. Computer Certificate from recognized Institution wherever applicable.
5. Work Experience Certificate along with last 3 months salary slip as per post applied.
6. Other Qualification Certificate as per post applied.

1. Applicant should read the instructions carefully before applying for the post, and ensure fulfillment of the eligibility criteria during online submission of application.
2. Only online application will be accepted. Application forms not properly filed in/or incomplete Application forms are liable to be cancelled.
3. Multiple applications submitted by a candidate for the same post shall lead to the disqualification of his/ her candidature.

Applicant must produce original documents for verification and submit signed copy of the application form along with Self Attested photocopy of all the uploaded documents.
5. Hard copy/ printed copy of the application form may be downloaded from the website and should be produce by the applicant during document verification.
6. Admit card for written examination and interview would be made available in the district website (www.malda.gov.in). Candidates will have to download Admit Card from district website. No hard copy of admit cards, in any case, would be sent issued to the applicant.
7. Applicants are requested to visit the district website (www.malda.gov.in) regularly for any subsequent information / updates in this regard. Venue for written examination and interview will be intimated at the time of issue of admit card.
8. Failure to submit/ mismatch of any documents/ providing false information of any requisite documents will be liable to cancellation.
9. The applicants are liable for prosecution under extant law for any wrong / fraudulent / incomplete information during application. Candidature of any candidate shall be rejected if found not eligible at any stage even after appearance for the examination/ interview.
10. The decisions of the District Level Selection Committee (DLSC) in any case shall be final, and the DLSC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.
11. No TA/DA will be allowed for appearing the Written Test and interview.
12. The appointment will be made purely on contractual basis and the same will not be regularized if future by any means.
